We will take reservations for\ncampsites on September 3rd starting at 8am by phone.\nTrick-or-treaters can park on either the north or south side of\nthe park. Campgrounds on both sides of the park will be\nopen for trick ‘r treating. Spooky hikes start at 8pm\, meet at\nthe picnic shelter. DESCRIPTION:Take an active role in a huge\, nationwide citizen science project at O’Brien\nPrairie. Help catch and tag monarch butterflies as they are in route to their\nwintering grounds in Mexico. Learn more about the prairie and the insects\nthat utilize it in the late summer.\nParticipants will need to pre-register by noon on September 11th. A minimum\nof 6 people and maximum of 50 is set for this program. Long pants and a\nwater bottle would be good choices for participants to have on this hike.
